WORKING OF THE SYSTEM

• As a visitor reaches the entrance, his photograph is taken by a camera ( photographic records of visitors)

• The security personnel at the main desk, enters all details of the visitor

• It records the image of the first time visitor & can also retrieve the details and image of a visitor who has previously visited the place.

• In case of a pre-scheduled appointment, the system can display the appointment details, as soon as the visitor details are punched into the system, for this the system can be configured accordingly

• After gathering all the valid information, they can be forwarded to the employees/officers by means of an SMS, internet message on the PC, or cell phone to get approval

• Once the approval is received, the software prints the pass or an identity card for the visitor.

• Once the visitor enters the premises, his movements can be tracked, to show where within the building he is going.

• In case the visitor enters any prohibited area, the system alarm can warn the authorities.
